Approve, by motion, the Separation Agreement and Release with IT Specialist Jake Walz.
Background/Discussion
Jake Walz's last day with the city was June 20, 2025. As part of the Severance Pay requirements, a release of
claims must be executed. Mr. Walz returned his signed Agreement on June 20, 2025.

As per the Severance Pay policy.
