Approve, by motion, Change Order #1 for the Rivers Edge Renovations.
Background/Discussion
As the Rivers Edge Renovations neared completion, minor changes to the contract quantities were required
to meet project goals. The primary change to the work was concrete replacement adjacent to the lowest
level of blocks, which helped to create continuity in the design.
Financial Impact
The net increase for this change order is $8,959.09.
