Action Requested
Discuss Project Limits, Sequencing and Approach
Background/Discussion
With the adoption of the Downtown Plan and the guidance it lays out for features and finishes, we are in the
beginning stages of discussing how the downtown public asset rejuvenation should be programmed and
sequenced.
The intention is to allow the condition of the public surfaces and underground utilities to drive the schedule
around rehabilitation. We first need to focus on the limits and be in agreement on what is scoped and
included as we move into the development of the CIP and ultimately the final design.
Financial Impact
None associated with this discussion.
Mission/Policy/Goal
Help, not hinder citizen quality of life.
