IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 77320 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of the left and
right mm lane and acceleration lane construction and other associated construction to be
performed upon, along and adjacent to Tnmk Highway No. 169 at the intersection with 221st
Avenue within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 7106-62 Cr.H. 169=018).
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and theCity Administrator
