Appreciation lunch, at Furniture and Things Community Event Center, 1000 School Street NW, Elk
River, Minnesota, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:30 a.m.. A quorum of the Elk River
City Council may attend the luncheon; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action
will be taken by the City Council during the event.
