Resolution 25-54
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a donation of equipment and materials from
the Elk River Nordic Ski Club with the intent it be used by the City of Elk River for
maintenance of ski trails.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend the Elk River Nordic Ski Club for their
donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Gnzba and duly seconded by Councilmember Calva, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Dietz. Councilmembers Be'Ter, Calva. Grul2a, and
Wagner and the following against: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
The following members were present: Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Beyer Calva Gru a
and Wa ner and the following absent: none
Passed and adopted this 6"' day of October 2025.
