RES 25-57City of Eik ;T River City of Elk River City Council Resolution 25-57 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contribution from the Zimmerman Fire Relief Association WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and individuals for their contributions to the community; and WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $10,000 donation from the Zimmerman Fire Relief Association with the intent it be used by the City of Elk River for the Fire Academy Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths vote, to acknowledge the support and commend the Zimmerman Fire Relief Association for their donation. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember Grupa and duly seconded by Councilmember Calva, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Beyer. Calva Grua and Wagner, and the following against: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The following members were present: Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Baer, Calva Gru a and Wagner and the following absent: none Passed and adopted this 6`' day of October 2025.
