Ordinance 25-16
An Ordinance Amending the City Code to Establish a 2026 Master Fee Schedule
for the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
The schedule of fees and rates attached hereto as Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C is hereby
adopted by deleting the strikethrough language and adding the underline language.
SECTION 2.
Where a direct conflict exists between the amount of a fee or charge set by any provision of the City
Code and a fee or charge set by this Ordinance, the fee or charge set by this Ordinance applies.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2026.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 17' day of November, 2025.
