NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council may be attending a tour of Northbound Liquor,
at 19348 Evans St NW on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.. A quorum of the City Council
may attend the liquor store tour; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be
taken by the City Council during the liquor store tour.
