ORD 26-01City of Elk -- River Ordinance 26-01 to be removed Underlines to be added An Ordinance Amending Chapter 38, Section 31, Application of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That § 38-31, Application; issuance of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: Sec. 38-31. - Application; issttaHee. (a) Issuance. Unless otherwise provided in this Code, every application for a license shall be made to the city clerk on a form provided by the city clerk. It shall be accompanied by payment to the city clerk of the prescribed fee. If, after investigation, the city clerk is satisfied that all requirements of law and this Code have been met, the city cleerk shall present the application to the council for action or, if the license or permit does not require council approval, the city clerk or other appropriate official, as the case may be, shall issue the license or permit. (b] Incomplete AP licalions. I£ upon notice to the applicant, the applicant does not complete its application within 30 days, the city clerk mad administratively reject the application. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by law.
