A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication of
Ordinance 26-05 Amending the 2026 Master Fee Schedule
WHEREAS, on March 2, 2026, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 26-05 approving the
amended 2026 Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City
Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, sub.4; and
WHEREAS, the 2026 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative, Financial,
Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River
Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the
Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, as follows: by at least four -fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the tide and
summary of Ordinance 26-05 and that Ordinance 26-05 shall become effective March 2, 2026.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember Wagner and
duly seconded by Councilmember Gruna, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof. Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Grua Calva, Beyer, and Wagner and the following
against: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Grupa, Calva, Beyer, and
Wagner and the following absent: None.
