A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Amending the 2026
Compensation Plan for Non -Organized Employees
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 2026 Compensation Plan for Non -Organized
Employees as Resolution 25-77 on December 15, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the pay rate change for the Paid On -Call Assistant Chief was not requested in that
document;
WHEREAS, the attached document highlights the change to the Paid On -Call Assistant Chief
pay.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, as
follows: to approve the amended 2026 Compensation Plan for Non -Organized Employees
retroactive to January 1, 2026.
Passed and adopted this 20" day of April 2026.
