A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Accepting
Tree Donation
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received by donation four trees from David Berger,
resident of Elk River, with the intent it be used by the Parks and Recreation Department for
installation at the Trott Brook Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths vote,
that the city acknowledges and accepts the donation from David Berger.
