Resolution 26-44
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Appointing Election Judges
for the 2026 Elections
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute §20413.21, the City Council shall officially
approve the appointment of the election judges; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River City Council hereby adopts the judges listed on Exhibit A,
hereto attached, as the official judges for the Statewide Primary Election on August 11,
2026, and the Statewide General Election on November 3, 2026, with the understanding
that changes may be necessary to the appointments in order to fill vacancies and meet
party balance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, as follows: that the names listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto, are the official
election judges for the City of Elk River 2026 elections, and the City Council authorizes the
city clerk to appoint additional judges as needed.
