NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council may be attending a tour of downtown Elk
River, at 679 Main St NW on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.. A quorum of the City Council
may attend the downtown Elk River walking tour; however, they will not convene any meeting, and
no action will be taken by the City Council during the downtown Elk River walking tour.
