Meeting of April 26, 1965
Members present: Dan Bailey, Al Bailey, Dick ,"ongoll, H. Johnson, Les
Derr, Paul Siegler. Mr. Shattuck was scheduled to be available for thi s
meeting, but was unable to be present because of an injury.
Zoning ordinance copies and maps were distributed to the members. Motion
adopted that Siegler act as Treasurer as well as Secretary.
Chamber of Commerce has indicated a grant of $200 now for use of commission
with commitment up to $400 if necessary.
6'ongoll is to check with the League of Municipalities for possible planning
assistance.
<~ Subsequent meeting in May. That will have a representative of the League
of Municipalities to discuss generally the planning function. Weare advised
to get help from the Department of Business Development, State of Minnesota.
