Community Development
Mr. Kalesewski brought out the fact that funds under the 701 program were
not likely to be released for at least one year. The suggestion was made
that Elk River Village try to make progress on an independent basis by tearing
down the proposed plan and doing some small plan and doing some small
parts of it to make some independent progress.
