There was a noon luncheon meeting at the Kemethese Motel with representatives
of the County Planning Commission to discuss joint plans and to review a
preliminary map from the planning firm showing possible development of
Elk River. Dick Fredlund from the Planning Consultants and all members of
the village commission were present.
