The land use plan. and a proposal for the central business district was discussed
along with a traffic and parking survey.
The parking survey showed parking to be fifty per cent full for a period between
10 A. M. and 6 P. M. on a Friday. This was considered almost capacity, if sixty
percent is capacity.
Some discussion on urban renewal. Chapman is the man from this firm who
handles this area.
Approved in process bill for $1,368.00. Funds are already available in State's
possession.
