John Oliver showed a preliminary plat for development of "top of the world"
area. Neal Larson is the owner and this area is not now within the village
limits. The lots average about one acre each; 120 acres in total. There is,
perhaps, six acres of park area provided, apparently because there is too
steep a grade to allow use of this particular area for housing sites. (See
also additional minutes taken for this meeting.)
