A plat was presented for school view, first addition, on the north edge
of the village outside the present limits. Marvin George is the owner.
He contemplates annexation by the village to provide sewer and water.
The present lot size is too small for county regulations. Planning Firm
is to look at and comment on layout.

The preliminary thorough fare plan was reviewed as presented by the
Planning Firm.
Gongoll moved and Al Bailey seconded a motion to approve a Planning
Firm invoice for $852. This was approved unanimously. The planners
estimate a balance of 25.2% to complete their job.
