John Oliver presented the plat plan for ~~almer's subdivision. The
secretary was instructed to write a letter to the County Planning Commission
indicating that we saw no apparent objections to this subdivision although we
thought it should contain general information on surrounding areas owned
by the same party which might plotted in the future.
The Moldenhauer Orono Lake second addition plat was also presented. The
secretary was instructed to write to the County Planning Commission
indicating it would be impossible to make any comment on this plan except
that there wa s no explanation about how drainage would be handled, and it
was felt that an overall plan for all the land use of the property owned by
this individual should be made a part of this plat information.
There was a discussion of the preliminary land use plan and thorough fares
plan and a preliminary discussion on community facilities summary.
A progress payment to the Planning Firm was approved.
