John Oliver and Marvin George presented a revised plan of school view,
first addition~ They would like general approval so they can ask for
annexation to the village with sanitary sewer and water.

Erving Moldenhauer presented the same plat as was shown at a previous
meeting. The question of drainage was discussed and the need for a
topographic map.
The possibility of buying and an aerial survey was discussed. John Oliver
offered to contact Mark Hurd for information on flying the area.
Fredland presented the capital improvements guide.
The revised CBD plan was shown for double the present population levels
serving from 8 -10,000 people.
Also reviewed some suggested guidelines for zoning standards that might
be used in revised zoning regulations.
A variance was recommended for a lot in upper-town.
