MEMBERS PRESENT: Dan Bailey

There was a discussion on proposed "low cost" housing apartments. The
commission will probably be asked for a zoning change near the present
nursing home. No action was needed at present.
There was a discussion on mobile home parks. Several are in the process
of being proposed. No action was required at this time.
.
It was reported that a hearing on the possible closing of railroad crossing
will be held July 7, 1970 at the Sherburne County Court House. A motion
was made by Gongoll, seconded by Al Bailey and carried unanimously that
this commission resolve to oppose the closing of rail crossings at this
time because of the traffic flow and communication problems between
village segments. The resolution is attached.
We reviewed a plat of Riverview Heights. There being no objection, the
secretary was instructed to write to the County Planning Commission
expressing approval of the very good topographic map which was provided.
This property is being developed by Lloyd Anderson.
