Minutes of The Elk River Village Planning Commission
September 28, 1970
Members Present: Derr, Gongell, Dan Bailey, Al Bailey, Hilmar)t Bartelt, Siegler
It was moved by Al Bailey, seconded by Gongell and passed unanimously to recommend
a permit be granted to George Adamski for a building in the C-2 zone at Quinn
Avenue at the railroad. This is in Lot 5, auditor's subdivision of Lot 6 of auditor's
subdivision of #3.
Jack Dozzi of the M~lCk Hurl Aerial Surveys explained their method of making maps
from aerial photos, how these are flown and how these are priced. An estimate
was given of $600 to fly a 3 x 5 mile area. The maps needed later can be controlled
by the village and sold to developers for their particular needs.
