June Meeting, June 30th, 1971.
Harry Kreuser appeared with a preliminary plat covering part of Lot199of
Auditors Sub. No.3. The preliminary plat was accepted on the condition
that the owner obtain an easement covering an anaditional 10 feet on each
side of the road as laid out in said preliminary, and gran~an easement
covering outlot IIAn.
Neil Larson appeared concerning a preliminary plat for the balance of the
property adjoining Johnson Plat wast of Baldwin Ave.; said plat to be
known as Tows Edge Court II .. Tabled.
Concerning the closing the the railroad corssings:
After due consideration and a determination that there was nothing
else that could be done, the planning commission reccomrnended to the
Village COuncil that the COntract saving one crossing be accepted.
Annexation:
Motion to annex school view addition was made. after some
discussion of the annexation of additional tracts, it was decided to
approve this annexation and it was so Eeccommended to the Village COuncil.
As an outgrowth of this discussion, it was decided to ask for funding
for a study of annexation and the setting up of a program of annexation.
