Ed Dreissig requested a building permit to place
a commercial building on the land next north
of the Clover Leaf Dairy building. Land is zoned
R-4. Planning A c-9~i~~on decided to xkIm3HxXim
hold a hearing~~ge the zoning to I-2 (Gen.
Ind.).
Carroll Mills, requested a building permit to
add to the Rest home property housing. It appeared
upon examining the zoning that the property is zoned
for Townsouses. It was disgussed and decided to change
the Zoning from R-3 to C-l (Hosp~tals, health centers,
etc. ) .
In ordler to upgrade the type of construction being
built, and thereby to provide better housing conditions in
our co~unity, it was decided to hold a hearing on
RRX a zoning change to require the construction of a garage
with eaich no residential unit being constructed in
Elk Ri/er., Meeting Adjurned.
