MEETING NOVEMBER 29th, 1971.
Mayer Hilmer Bartelt, had attended a meeting where the BUD
program was discassed. It seems that theere is some possibility
of having such an organization in Sherburne County or in Elk River.
It appears that BUD controls most of the federal funding and any
projects that need federal funding should be handeled through a local
HUD groupe.
THe question of Annexation was brought up:
1. The planning commission is concerned with what to annex.. how to do it
and what to require. The mater was tabled pending a report on the Sanitary
Sewer System.
The Railroad ctossing was discussed.. The traffic count was not
yet completed.
The question of lowering the density for Mobile Home Parks waxx
to 4 units per acre was discussed. No action taken.
