Meetki~c called to order with 4 members present.
Question of dessrability of changing the Mobile Home Park
regulation from 7 units per gross acre to 5 unites per gross acre.
1. Point made that we ought to meet or exceed the Minimum
Property Standard for FHA and VA.
2. That 6 and 7 unites per acre tend to put trailer houses
so close to gather that there is fire risk.
3. That the larger lot size requirement would give more
play area for children in the family units.
