SPECIAL MEETIN OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
Feb. l2th, 1973.
Pat Donohue appeared with Mr. Peterson of the Peterson COnstruction
Company of Buffalo, Minnesota, his contractor.
The plan had been changed to provide 7 off-street parking places by
eliminatiion of the parking dock spaces for 2 mail trucks
Further discussion Nas had concerning future expansimn, traffic patterns, one wa
traffic running north on irving. Drop Boxes that are legally on the drivers side
of the parking place, and the question of whether a Conditimnal Use Permit
was requiread because the building was a public Building.
A Motion was made seconded and carried to request an opinion form the Village
Attorney on this point. Mr. MacGibbon, the Attorney, sa~d that the ordinance is
written so as to require~ a conditional use permit in this situation.
A hearing on the Conditional Use Permit was set for the February Meeting
to be held on Feb. 26th, 1973.

of Minneapolis and St. Paul were listed showing the antisipated growth between
now and 1985. The figures were ~assed on Areas~-not the actual town.
