SPECIAL MEETING
ELK RIVER PLANNING COMMISSION
August 1/ 1977 at 6:15 pm.
Members present: Mel Beaudry, George Zabee, Dick Gongoll, Cliff Lundberg,
John. Holmes, Larry Toth, Al Bailey and John MacGibbion.
Mr. Gon~ell brielfy reviewed the Elk Hills Square proposal and results of
the previous hearing.
Moved by Lundberg and seconded by Beaudry that the Commission recommend to
the City Council that they approve the Elk Hills Square pevelopment for
the Planned Unit Development for 40 unit townhouse as presented on Exhibit A.
The following vote was taken.

Motion carried by a vote of 4-2.
