Murco Builders Variance Reouest
Representatives from Murco Builders were present at the Meeting to explain
their request and the facts in the situation. The Murco Builders representa-
tive explained that they wish to plat 54 lots on a total of 80 acres.
Discussion included a brier review of the County's past zoning in the specific
area, potential septic system difficulty and the impact a variance of this
nature would have on the interim ordinance control program. After the

The Corrmissioners briefly reviewed the Lake Point Shores Pre 1 imina!Jf
Plat and suggested minor revisions in t116 :proposed out lots al1d in 0ne
street ~,attern. Otherwise the Prelimina!jr Plat, as proposed, met generally
w~th the Planning Co~~issionts approval.
9. Tamarack Subdivision Concept Approval
The City Administrator oriefly reYie~ed the proposed Tamarack Sub-
division vnth the Planning Commissioners for concept approval. The
Commissioner's co~~ents were largely related to the lot size ~~d
trleir ,.rish to have larger lots than sho't~m 011 the sketch plan
rresented. Some ~~estions were also raised regarding the park
access, parking, the park configuration and streets in adjoining
subdivisions in the near future. Otherwise the concept was
