SPECIAL MEETING OF ELK RIVER PLANNING COMMISSION

Members Present: Frederickson, Zabee, Lucas, Chatman Toth, Driesen, and
Building Inspector Jack Holmes.
Chariman Toth explained temporary nature of problem and intended ternporari'
Conditional Use Permit. New State privacy law requires Sheriffs department
to keep records out of casual public view.
Vice Chairman Frederickson, moved to allow Sherburne County Sheriffs Depto
to construct a 12 X 18 accesso~ building on the front of the present
jail building for the exclusive purpose of maintaining filing and storing
of records, for a period of up to two years.
Seconded by George Zabee. Motion carried unanimously.
