The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Commissioner Fox.

3. Car-Son Homes
It was noted that the request for a conditional use permit by Car-Son
Homes was cQncelled.
4 . 'E\rergreen Terrace's Variance
No one was present to represent Ben Roper. Dale Brovm, a neighbor, stated
he was concerned about his neighboring property. It contained a man made
pool which was attractive to children and could possibly be d~~gerous if
not properly supervised. He was questioning who would be held responsible
if an accident accurred. The Commissioners agreed that this would be a

5. Roger Anderson's Variance
Roger Anderson appeared before the Commission to request a s~ue yard variance
in order to build a garage. He presented a letter from his closet neighbor
which stated he had no opposition to the addition. No public was present.
The Commissioners were concerned about the closeness of the neighbor's
garage for fire safety reasons. The garages vlould only be 4-6 feet apart.

6. Rodney Gerlack's Conditional Use Permit
Rodney Gerlack appeared before the Commission to request a conditional use permit
to allow a mobile home to be placed on p~s property. No public was present

8. Rose Weatherly's Conditional Use Permit
Rose Weatherly appeared before the Commission to request a conditional use
permit to operate a beauty shop out of her home. She explained there would
be a separate entrance, enough room for parking, no signs, and only one
full time operator. Jim Eggen, a neighbor appeared and stated he does not
support nor does he oppose the conditional use, but was concerned how the
Planning Co~~ission limits this type of activity (businesses in homes) 0
Commissioner Fox explained that each conditional use permit is weighted on
its o~m merit. If a problem should occur in the future, the conditional

10. Belgin Acres' Preliminary Plat
Charles Christi~~ request a prelimina~ plat approval for Belgin Acres.
Only one neighbors appeared to ~~estion his lot line. Thie was resolved
by an aerial photograph. The only concern was the stopping and stacking
dista.~ce w~th the 5% grade at the intersection with County Road #35.
Jim Klein, of John Oliver's office, said this could be corrected very
