1 . Lloyd Anderson: Greenhead Acres 3rd Addition' Preliminary Plat
Lloyd Anderson was present to show his revised plans, which show the one
cul-de-sac was ta.k:en out. T,h.is resul ted in bigger lots. rrhe average
lot size is now 3.3 acres. It was 2.8 acres. There is now 59 lots,
which is do~~ from 71 lots. The Soil Conservation Districts soil
report together 't-li th 13 soil logs a.."?1d percolation tests, that vlere made.
The study shows that there is good percolation rates and the soil
is mostly sand. Extensive samples were taken which proved that the

2 . Charles Christian: Davis Woods t Preliminary Plat
Charles Christain was present to show his revised plans. Lots 1 ~~d 2,
of Block 1 ~.;ere made bigger. The drainage easement seemed to be alright.
The City will accept the building of Queen street north to County Rd. #32.
The 199th Circle should be changed to 198th Lane. The Commission
also suggested to m~~e an outlot on Lot 2, Block 2 (in N.E. corner of
