T,h.is resul ted in bigger lots. rrhe average lot size is now 3.3 acres. It was 2.8 acres. There is now 59 lots, which is do~~ from 71 lots. The Soil Conservation Districts soil report together 't-li th 13 soil logs a.."?1d percolation tests, that vlere made. The study shows that there is good percolation rates and the soil is mostly sand. Extensive samples were taken which proved that the land would support 1 acre lots easily. The City will accept the building of Queen street north to County Rd. #32. The 199th Circle should be changed to 198th Lane. The Commission also suggested to m~~e an outlot on Lot 2, Block 2 (in N.E. corner of Queen St. :rj .\~.).
