4. Michael Martin's Conditional Use Permit
There v~s a public hearing to consider the conditional use permit for
his home type business at 20191 Vance street. There is an existing bUilding
which measures 28' x 40' which is finished off for a small office and
work area. Residence to be used for their home. A list of 18 names of
people in favor of the conditional use permit was given by Lee Mitzel.

6. Elroy Cornelius's Lake Point Shores
There was a prelimina~ plat approval and public hearing held on the plat.
Cornelius was questioned regarding sound setbacks of Lots in Block 1, along
High1rJ'ay #10. The Olh'Iler requested the matter to be tabled to the next meeting.

Pascal street is in question as to who is put~ing it in. Pascal street
is to be a main outlet street. Herb Adolphson stated that the city
engineer, himself and the city administrator are reviewing the Pascal
street problem at Lot 9, Block 3 south east corner to be rounded off
for Pascal. John Oliver stated tb.at Pa.scal Street is notl'-lithin the
plat. Commissioner Fox commented that temporary turn arounds be sho~m
on the east end of 201st Ave. and 200th Ave. O~~er showed the commission.

Sherburne County Highway Department). Xenia has been changed to 66' in
lieu of 60' sho"~ in the preliminary plat.

by Council in addition to the Planning Commission.
B) Commissioner Rootes stated his approval of this. ROOTES MOTIONED

A plat has been sent to the Minnesota Department of Tra...YJ.sportation, but
no response has been made. The request was tabled and a check is to be
made with the City Administator to determine if a variance is required.
Com..rnissioner Lucas asked the:'o\mer if he had any approval from the
Department of Natural Resources to fill in his pond. The ovmer has not
and is not planning to contact the Department of' }Jatural Resources on
this item.
