MONTHLY ~mETING OF THE ELK RIVER VILLAGE PLANNINC COMMISSION.
Meet called to Order by Dan Bailey Chairman
Rex Oetinger appeard requesting a variance for Lot 13 and part of Lot 12
in Bmock 2, North Terrance Addition. . It was agreed to maintain the set
back on the front yard (East) and to allow a variance as follows: Set
back of 28 feet on the north (School Street), and back yard of 29.35 on
South Side.
A Request for a variance for Lots 4 and 5 of Block 4, Orono: Variance to
allow set back in line with adjacent houses in the Block.
Roger Hanson, Requested a Variance for part of Lot 11 of Aud. Sub. No.3, to
Allow hime to build RR~X an addition to extend no closer than 29 feet to the
North right of way line of the Meadowvale road.

A motion to/RXXER~ the subdivision regulations NRsxma~HxE~x~etto the
legal limit of 2 miles beyond the corporate limits of the Village, was made
and seconded, after some discussion it motion was put and was unamously passed.
Motion to promote Richard Gengoll to Chairman of the planning commission
made and seconded and unanimously passed.
Motion to Appoint Dan Bailey Secretary to replace the departed Paul Ziegler
made and seconaed, and passed.
The secretary was directed to gather information and pictures of the
progress of the eroding of the North bank of the Mississippi River where it
is tending to cut into the EHR River Bank west of the old bridge, and to
contact Joe Pelanch for information that he may have.
