A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT FOR
THE ELKS QUARTERBACK CLUB
WHEREAS, the Elks Quarterback Club have made apphcation to the State
Control Gambhng Control Board for a Premises Permit; and
WHEREAS,
the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambhng on the premises of
the Time Out Sports Bar and Restaurant located at 19232 Evans
Avenue; and
WHEREAS,
the Elks Quarterback Club is aware of the City's requirement
authorizing 75% of its lawful expenditures to be spent within the
City's trade area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota that a Premises Permit for the Elks Quarterback
Club be granted to allow charitable gambling operations at the Time
Out Sports Bar and Restaurant, 19232 Evans Avenue.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 20th day of
April, 1998.
