The applicant, Tier One LLC, dba Rock Woods Elk River Country Club Grill (owner of Blackwoods
Restaurant in Otsego), is requesting a tobacco license.
Discussion
The applicant would be selling tobacco products at Rock Woods Elk River Country Club Grill located at
20015 Elk Lake Road. All the required application materials have been submitted. The Police Department
completed a compliance check and there were no violations.
