Introduction
The Elk River Country Club will be leasing their restaurant to Tier One LLC dba Rock Woods Elk River
Country Club Grill. Tier One LLC (consisting of Dave Taus, Rick Schroeder, Tom Crassweller, and Bill
Christian) is requesting on-sale and Sunday liquor licenses. It is necessary to do a background check on
each individual. To date not all of the necessary information has been received.
Action Reauested
Since this item has been advertised as a public hearing, Mayor Klinzing should open the public hearing,
announce that not all information has been received, ask if anyone is in attendance for the public hearing,
and then CONTINUE the public hearing to May 1, 2006.
