City Planning COmmission Meeting.
Daniel Anderson presentd development plan for the House on the
Southeast corner of Main and Lowell. The Question for a variance for the
constuction of two su-satandard (Per Zoning Ordinance) appartments on the
second floor of this house.
It was Moved, Seconded and Carried, that a building permit be issued
proceeding as the building is planned. Grants all variances needed for
this project, subject to approval of the zoning administrator as to codes,
and with provision that garage be moved to accomodate traffic flow. Parking
to be roughed in by fall and plmpleted by next spring.
The question of roads in the bog as considered and it was decided
to proceed with canging the zoning so prevent construction in that area
where main xXx roads would be placed. Map was to be drawn showing one road
east and west and one north and south with alternate overhead crossing
and ground level crossing.
Motion made, seconded and carried that Dick Fredland re=study
the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations and reccomend necessary revisions.
