URBAN STUDY:
Township is not unfavorable to consolidation with urban-rural tax
and ward system. Mr. Kieball, Secretary of Minicipal Commission is in
favor of consolidation.

URBAN TOWNSHIP: If they have a certain population they can XXXi
file with the County AUditor and then EX they have village powers.
Hearing on Variance for Mrs. Byers to build garage, on a 60 foot lot.
Neighbor has given acquexxence. This is only way to get a garage.
MSC. that we reccomend approval with descression of the zoning
administrator to move it another foot from line if beasable.

Planner Dick Fredland says the Department of Natural Reconrses have
additional requirements for Flood way and Flood plane. Mr. Fredlund
is to set up lines showing floodway and flood plane.
Discussion for future planning sefvices:
15 to 27 dollars per hour.
Estimated that $6000.00 would be necessary for Floodplane, Zoning and
Annexation.
M.S.C. that the Planning Commission request a budget of $10,000.00 for
the year 1975.
