Members present Chairman Dick Gongoll, Bldg. Inspector Rex Oetinger, Commissioner Al Bailey
Larry Toth and Cliff Lundberg and Secretary Dan Bailey.
7:30 PM. Chairman Dick Gongoll declared the public hearing on the variance request for the
nevI bank building (Bank of Elk River).
First question was the height of the fence. Rex reported that none of the fences proposed
would. be of a hazard to the drivers. However allowing this we would have to
allow others to put fences up over the six (6) ft. height.
Moved by Dick Gongoll and seconded by Commissioner Larry Toth that they accept & approve
the site plan for the new bank of Elk River building t~th the side yard and fence height
variances as per the plans. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of five (5) Al Bailey
o~stained.. .
The hearing for change of Zoning on parts of Block 9, Orono from Rl to R3 was postponded
until the next regular meeting due to illness of Mr. Bayer the property owner.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 9:40 PM.
