This is a continued Public Hearing for consideration of on-sale and Sunday liquor licenses for Rock
Woods Elk River Country Club Grill, 20015 Elk Lake Road.
Discussion
The partnership of Dave Taus, Rick Schroeder, Thomas Crassweiler, and Wilham Christian which is Tier
One LLC dba Rock Woods Elk River Country Club Grill will be leasing the Elk River Country Club,
20015 Elk Lake Road. They are requesting on-sale and Sunday liquor licenses. Background investigation
checks on all partners and the manager have been completed and approved by Police Chief Beahen.

. grant or deny the liquor license application of Tier One LLC dba Rock Woods Elk River Country
Club Grill, 20015 Elk Lake Road, for on-sale liquor and Sunday liquor licenses effective until June
30, 2006, after approval by the Public Safety Liquor Control Division; and
. to renew the on-sale liquor and Sunday liquor licenses for this establishment from July 1, 2006
through June 30, 2007 contingent upon receiving certificate of insurance for this licensing period.
