A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
ADOPTING THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN
DATED NOVEMBER 1995
WHEREAS
the City has ordered the preparation of a Comprehensive Transportation Plan
which was completed in November 1995; and
WHEREAS
the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 15, 1996, and at
the close of that hearing, recommended approval of the Comprehensive
Transportation Plan; and
WHEREAS the City Council held a public hearing on March 12, 1996; and
WHEREAS
Sherburne County has adopted its Comprehensive Transportation Plan on
March 10, 1998; and
WHEREAS
the County's Comprehensive Transportation Plan and the City's Comprehensive
Transportation Plan are in agreement with each other;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
The City of Elk River Comprehensive Transportation Plan dated November 1995 is
hereby adopted and is attached by reference to the City's Comprehensive Plan
adopted December 18, 1995.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of April, 1998.
