RESOLUTION 06 -52
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Elk River that the roads herein described should
be designated Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota:
1. The roads described as follows, to-wit:
· MSAS 104193rd Avenue NW from Tyler Street to Twin Lakes Road (CSAH 13)
· MSAS 108 Irving Avenue from Railroad Drive/3rd Street to School Street
· Extension of MSAS 116 197th Avenue NW from Tyler Street to Twin Lakes Road (CSAH 13)
be, and hereby are established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for her consideration, and that upon her approval
of the designation of said roadways or portions thereof, that same be constructed, improved and
maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Elk River to be numbered and known as
MSAS 104 (193rd Avenue NW), MSAS 108 (Irving Avenue), and MSAS 116 (197th Avenue NW).
Passed and adopted this 1st day of May, 2006.
