Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the executive session of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 9:04 p.m. by Vice Mayor Kuester.
Mayor Kdinzing indicated that the purpose of the meeting was to receive litigation updates
on the Goebel, Tollefson, and Halpaus lawsuits.
Updates on the litigation cases were provided by City Attorney Peter Beck and the
Minnesota League of Cities Attorney George Hoff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Vice Mayor Kuester adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 9:35 p.m.
