Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the executive session of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 7:11 p.m. by Acting Mayor Kuester.
Acting Mayor Kuester noted that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss pending
litigation regarding the Tollefson case.
City Attorney Peter Beck and Minnesota League of Cities Attorney George Hoff provided
an update on the Tollefson case.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Acting Mayor Kuester adjourned the executive session of
the Elk River City Council at 7:30 p.m.
