RESOLUTION 06-_
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPOINTNG ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVES FOR
THE CITY OF ELK RIVER TO THE NORTHSTAR CORRIDOR
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, The Northstar Corridor Development Authority (NCDA) is a joint powers
board made up of counties, regional railroad authorities, cities, and townships along the
corridor; and
WHEREAS, The City of Elk River has been involved with and is a member of the
NCDA; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Paul Motin is the appointed representative on the NCDA
for the city and alternate representation is needed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River hereby appoints
Mayor Stephanie Klinzing and Community Development Director Scott Clark as alternate
representatives with voting rights for the City of Elk River on the NCDA.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of May 2006.
