Introduction
The applicant is proposing a permanent business location (13342 Highway 10) for Matthews Auto Sales,
for the sales of late model used cars, trucks and classic cars as well as classic car restoration facility.
As you may recall, the applicant received an Interim Use Permit to sell cars however, if granted approval
for this Conditional Use Permit at the new site he will voluntarily request that Interim Use Permit be
revoked six weeks after a Certificate of Occupancy is issued at the new site.

Due to site constraints and the need for further information, staff is recommending that the request be
tabled until the June 13, 2006 Planning Commission meeting.
